Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 1:44 PM EDT) -- A state-created park along New York City's Hudson River shoreline doesn't have to repair the three deteriorating piers holding up a private sports complex because the park never adopted a comprehensive plan for all of the riverfront's piers, a state appeals court ruled Thursday.
