Call Center Workers Hit AT&T With Wage Suit

Law360 (January 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- AT&T Inc. and its subsidiaries have come under fire for allegedly not paying customer service employees their due wages and overtime pay amid a growing number of suits involving call centers.

Attorneys for a purported class of call center workers announced on Thursday that they had filed a putative collective action in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia against AT&T Inc. for allegedly violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.
