NJ Appeals Court Upholds Suit Over Plaintiffs' Attys' Fees

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 5:23 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Monday declined to permanently dismiss a suit filed by a law firm against a member of a class of dentists represented by the firm in a lawsuit against a health insurer, after ruling their dispute over attorneys’ fees overlaps with a pending federal appeals court ruling.
