Owner Begs Judge To Boot Marriott From Miami Beach Hotel

Law360, New York (May 7, 2013, 3:17 PM EDT) -- A Miami Beach boutique hotel owner asked a New York state judge Monday to order Marriott International Inc. to stop managing the property in light of a state appeals court decision finding the owner could terminate their management agreement.
