'Girls Gone Wild' Trustee Wants Subsidiary In Bankruptcy

Law360, Los Angeles (May 9, 2013, 9:29 PM EDT) -- The Chapter 11 trustee for “Girls Gone Wild” filed a motion in California bankruptcy court Thursday seeking permission to declare bankruptcy for subsidiary GGW Marketing, just one day after Neilson accused GGW founder Joe Francis of offshore intellectual property fraud.

Trustee R. Todd Neilson filed an emergency motion requesting access to GGW’s computer files Wednesday, saying Francis had fraudulently transferred the bankrupt company’s trademarks to an offshore company he owns.
