Law360, New York (May 10, 2013, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appeals court on Friday reinstated arbitration for a dispute between a Virginia hotel operator and Selective Way Insurance Co. over $8.8 million in Hurricane Isabel damages, chastising the parties for dragging the courts into the dispute after sputtering through arbitration.
