Revel Casino's Reshuffle Secures Nod From Bankruptcy Court

Law360, New York (May 13, 2013, 7:08 PM EDT) -- Revel AC Inc. said Monday that a New Jersey federal bankruptcy court has confirmed its restructuring plan, clearing the way for the Atlantic City casino operator to emerge from bankruptcy by the end of May.

Revel issued a statement saying the bankruptcy court overseeing its Chapter 11 filing had confirmed its prepackaged plan to reorganize, which includes cutting the company's debt by more than 82 percent.
