Law360, Miami (May 15, 2013, 6:29 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday denied a petition from the Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida for a writ of certiorari quashing a trial court's order denying their bid to disqualify their former counsel's attorney in a class action alleging legal malpractice.
