NYC Hospital Operator Avoids FLSA Overtime Action For Now

Law360, Chicago (May 16, 2013, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge Wednesday tossed a putative class action accusing New York City Health and Hospitals Corp. of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by depriving hourly employees of overtime pay, but left the plaintiff a chance to amend his complaint to add more detailed allegations.
