2nd Circ. Affirms McGraw-Hill Win In Royalties Class Action

Law360, New York (May 16, 2013, 6:43 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of a proposed breach of contract class action claiming The McGraw-Hill Cos. underpaid authors for royalties on books sold outside the U.S., ruling that the payments were in line with the authors' contracts.
