Marriott Says Fla. Permit Delay Could Cost Millions

Law360, New York (May 20, 2013, 7:05 PM EDT) -- A Marriott International Inc. subsidiary on Thursday asked a Florida court to force the city of Miami Beach to issue a beach-walk building permit it needs to move forward with a hotel project, saying it will incur millions in redesign costs without the permit.
