'Girls Gone Wild' Subsidiary Cleared For Ch. 11

Law360, New York (May 21, 2013, 12:11 PM EDT) -- A California bankruptcy judge on Monday gave the green light to the “Girls Gone Wild” Chapter 11 trustee to file bankruptcy for subsidiary GGW Marketing LLC, paving the way for the recovery of company trademarks that were allegedly fraudulently transferred to an offshore trust.
