Trump Ran 'Bait And Switch' At Chicago Tower, Jury Hears

Law360, Chicago (May 22, 2013, 8:18 PM EDT) -- A lawyer for an Illinois woman alleging Donald Trump's companies reneged on a deceptive revenue-sharing offer for hotel condominium buyers asked jurors Wednesday to award $6 million in damages for the "bait and switch," while the defense said she went in with her eyes open that the deal could change.
