WWE's Online Store Infringes Data Patents, Suit Says

Law360, New York (May 23, 2013, 2:09 PM EDT) -- World Wrestling Entertainment Inc., iRobot Corp., Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. and others were hit with suits in Texas federal court Wednesday alleging their online stores infringe two Landmark Technology LLC patents for data processing and computer search systems.

Landmark alleges that the defendants, which also include Tempur-Pedic International Inc. and Vitacost.com, infringe and induce their customers to infringe the two patents covering a computer search system for retrieving information, and an automated system that processes and delivers information on request to a user.
