RBS Tells 7th Circ. Comcast Dooms Wage Classes

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 3:21 PM EDT) -- RBS Citizens NA told the Seventh Circuit on Friday that the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent Comcast decision compels the decertification of classes accusing the bank of wage-and-hour violations, saying individual issues would overwhelm the case.
