Contractors In Naval Base Bribery Scheme Get 3 Years

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 3:51 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge has sentenced a pair of San Diego defense contractors to three years in prison for lavishing more than $1 million in gifts and bribes on U.S. Navy officials in exchange for fraudulent contracts.

U.S. District Judge Larry A. Burns handed down the sentences to Robert Ehnow, the owner and president of L&N Industrial Tool & Supply Inc., and Joanne Loehr, head of Centerline Industrial Inc., according to court records filed Friday.
