Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 6:23 PM EDT) -- New York's top court wondered Tuesday about the extent to which Starbucks Corp. assistant store managers and shift supervisors exert control over baristas, as lawyers representing various rungs of workers at the java giant argued over who should be able to dip into the tip jar under state law.
