Cadwalader Can't Alter Defense In Six Flags Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 5:02 PM EDT) -- Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP can't assert a new, eleventh-hour defense in a $16 million malpractice lawsuit over a proxy battle for Six Flags Inc. after one of its former attorneys filed an affidavit that "starkly contradicts" his deposition, a New York state judge ruled Friday.
