Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 5:53 PM EDT) -- A New York State appellate court ruled Tuesday that the Lower Manhattan Development Corp. doesn't have to pay an abatement contractor extra for cost overruns tied to work on the World Trade Center site's former Deutsche Bank AG building.
