DOL Rips 11th Circ. Ruling In H-2B Wage Rule Challenge

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 2:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor told the Third Circuit on Friday that a recent Eleventh Circuit ruling upholding a preliminary injunction against the agency is “fundamentally flawed” and doesn't affect a separate legal challenge to a 2011 prevailing wage rule for the H2-B foreign worker program.
