Missing Fla. Attorney Pegged In Foreclosure Scheme

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 2:49 PM EDT) -- A missing McCabe & Samiljan LLC partner who is under investigation for possibly stealing millions in client funds was hit Friday with a federal lawsuit alleging he and his firm illegally netted more than $320,000 from a string of foreclosure rescue businesses that defrauded homeowners.
