9th Circ. Backs Class Cert. In Medline Workers' Wage Suit

Law360, New York (May 28, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The Ninth Circuit ruled Tuesday that a lower court was wrong not to certify a proposed class of Medline Industries Inc. employees in their wage-and-hour suit because the court found that it may need to calculate individual damages for each class member.
