Group Backs FTC Authority In Wyndham Data Breach Case

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 9:54 PM EDT) -- Public Citizen Inc. on Wednesday pushed a New Jersey federal court to allow the Federal Trade Commission to pursue companies like Wyndham Worldwide Corp. over alleged failures to secure consumer data, saying that regulatory actions currently provide the strongest recourse for affected consumers.
