McGuireWoods Atty Sued Over Contract Breach In Island Deal

Law360, New York (May 29, 2013, 7:10 PM EDT) -- The trustee for the liquidated hedge fund SageCrest II LLC on Tuesday filed a $13 million breach of contract suit in New York federal court against a McGuireWoods LLP real estate partner and two businessmen alleging they fraudulently wrested control of a 125-acre Honduran island property while working on behalf of the fund.
