Law360, Los Angeles (May 29, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- A California state judge on Wednesday handed down a win for trucking company Capital Express Lines Inc. in its lawsuit brought by a putative class of drivers who say they were required to perform work other than driving, holding that plaintiffs can’t compel Capital to provide personal information about employees without advanced notice.
