Nursery Says NY Should Pay Up After Closing Rail Crossing

Law360, New York (May 30, 2013, 8:54 PM EDT) -- Tree nursery Island Park LLC, which lost the ability to traverse a train crossing when New York said moving farming equipment across high-speed rail lines was unsafe, asked New York's top court Thursday to reverse the lower courts' ruling that it was not entitled to compensation.
