Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- An Illinois appeals court held Thursday that a Liberty Mutual Insurance Co. unit must chip in toward a $4.5 million injury verdict won by a woman who was struck by a falling tree at a golf course, rejecting a sister court's interpretation of an endorsement that attempted to limit liability coverage.
The appeals court ordered Indiana Insurance Co. to cover the verdict under a $1 million commercial general liability policy issued to Royce Realty & Management Inc.
