Raytheon Gets $7.6M In Overbilling Claims Tossed As Untimely

Law360, New York (May 31, 2013, 9:57 PM EDT) -- A contractor appeals board dismissed $7.58 million in government claims against Raytheon Co. as untimely, continuing a string of decisions that leave the government with less wiggle room than it would like on the Contract Disputes Act's six-year statute of limitations.
