Wal-Mart Tells Court Narrowed Dukes Class Still Fails

Law360, New York (June 3, 2013, 3:06 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores Inc. on Friday urged a California federal judge not to certify a regional class of female workers led by Betty Dukes, saying that the problems identified by the U.S. Supreme Court when it disbanded the massive nationwide class in the sex bias suit still remain.
