TGI Friday's Franchisee Sued Over Bait-And-Switch Booze

Law360, New York (June 4, 2013, 10:33 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey-based T.G.I. Friday’s franchisee targeted in a sting operation by the state’s alcohol regulator last month has been hit with a putative class action alleging the company’s locations sold its customers low-quality liquor for the price of premium brands.
