Embassy Suites Group Shouldn't Get Ch. 11 CRO: Trustee

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 2:20 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee for a group of bankrupt Embassy Suites hotels operators asked a California bankruptcy court Tuesday to reject the companies’ application to appoint a chief restructuring officer, saying a CRO would have “unfettered discretion” and represents a clear conflict of interest.
