'Muppets' Film Editor Hits Disney With Gender Bias Suit

Law360, New York (June 5, 2013, 3:19 PM EDT) -- An assistant film editor who worked on Walt Disney Pictures' 2011 movie "The Muppets" filed suit against Disney and a production company Monday in California state court, accusing them of failing to protect her from alleged gender and racial discrimination at the hands of her former supervisor.
