Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 4:05 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday denied class certification in a lawsuit alleging phone sex operator Network Telephone Services Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by illegally sending text messages to those who called its number, saying no ascertainable class had been defined.
