TCPA Junk Fax Suit Against J&J Unit Wins 2nd Chance

Law360, New York (June 6, 2013, 8:12 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Thursday offered another chance for a tossed putative class action in New Jersey accusing Johnson & Johnson unit Janssen Pharmaceuticals Inc. of sending unsolicited faxes that violated federal law, allowing the plaintiff to amend its complaint.

Denying plaintiff Physicians Healthsource Inc.'s motion for reconsideration, U.S. Judge Freda L.
