Nissan Unit, Other Shippers Accused Of Price-Fixing

Law360, Los Angeles (June 7, 2013, 4:22 PM EDT) -- Nissan Motor Co. Ltd. subsidiary Nissan Motor Car Carrier Co. Ltd. and several other automotive shippers were hit with a putative class action in California federal court on Thursday by a consumer who says the companies have conspired to fix prices on vehicle shipping since 2008.
