Calif. Health Exchange Veiled In Secrecy, Senate GOP Says

Law360, Washington (June 10, 2013, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A group of Senate Republicans urged the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on Friday to investigate allegations that California has shrouded its Affordable Care Act health insurance exchange contracts in secrecy, saying their details should be made public.
