Austin Stands Firm On Wages In $300M JW Marriott Project

Law360, New York (August 9, 2013, 6:51 PM EDT) -- The Austin, Texas, city council declined Thursday night to renegotiate with White Lodging Services Corp. on a development fee waiver for its $300 million JW Marriott project, effectively taking back the promised fund break over the hotel management company's wage dispute with construction workers.
