NJ High Court Won’t Touch Christie’s $15M Racing Cash Veto

Law360, New York (June 10, 2013, 4:54 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court has refused to second-guess an appellate decision that backed Gov. Chris Christie's authority to veto $15 million in purse supplements for the state's horse racing industry free from the review standards commonly imposed on state agency decisions.
