Honda Loses Bid To Nix Fraud Claims Over Power Windows

Law360, Los Angeles (June 10, 2013, 9:05 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Monday rejected a bid by American Honda Motor Co. to escape a class action alleging it failed to disclose a power window defect, paring breach-of-warranty claims but finding the plaintiffs had sufficiently alleged violations of California and Iowa consumer protection laws.
