Iraqi Security Co. Wants Contractor Sanctioned Over Docs

Law360, New York (June 11, 2013, 5:20 PM EDT) -- An Iraqi security company on Monday pressed a D.C. federal judge to sanction American contractor Torres Advanced Enterprise Solutions Inc. for withholding documents in its suit accusing Torres of shorting it for work related to two security contracts with the U.S. government.

Sabre International Security argues that Torres should be held in contempt for failing to comply with an order directing it to turn over documents it improperly withheld under the accountant-client privilege.
