Fired Target Workers Seek Unpaid Wages In Class Action

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 3:35 PM EDT) -- Target Corp. was hit with a putative class action in a California federal court Tuesday that accuses the retailer of failing to pay fired workers the wages they say they are owed.

In an amended complaint, former Target employee Aileen Bernardino alleges Target did not pay her unpaid wages within 72 hours of her termination in January 2012, as required by California Labor Code Section 202.
