NJ Court Denies Stay Of State Lottery Contract

Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey court this week refused to prevent Gov. Chris Christie's administration from steaming ahead with a contract to privatize parts of the state's more than $2.7 billion lottery until a challenge to those plans by a lottery workers union is decided.
