MTA Project Contractor Pays $936K To Settle FCA Suit

Law360, New York (June 13, 2013, 8:02 PM EDT) -- A New York electrical contractor agreed Wednesday to pay $936,000 to the federal government in a False Claims Act suit after admitting that it fraudulently worked on a city subway construction project that was meant for disadvantaged small businesses.
