Law360, New York (June 12, 2013, 7:25 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge Wednesday denied Warner Chilcott PLC’s motions to dismiss several complaints in a consolidated antitrust dispute alleging it had tried to block generic competition to the acne medication Doryx by tweaking the pill, saying the motions were premature.
