NY Gov. To Seek 4 New Casinos In Gambling Expansion Plan

Andrew Cuomo said Friday he would like to see four new casinos in New York state — up from three — in an initial expansion round as he seeks a deal with the legislature on a constitutional amendment to legalize table games like poker, roulette and craps in New York.
