Google, Judges Duck Latest Version of Trade Secrets Case

Law360, New York (June 14, 2013, 7:36 PM EDT) -- A California woman who unsuccessfully sued Google Inc. in state court for allegedly stealing confidential information to develop its search engine lost a bid Friday to sue the state judges who killed her original lawsuit.

A federal judge in Los Angeles ruled that Booloon Inc. and founder Qin Zhang were essentially trying to relitigate their previous state court trade secrets case against Google, which a California state trial court and a state appeals court rejected last year.
