NBC Can't Nix Copyright Suit Over 'Stars Earn Stripes'

Law360, New York (June 20, 2013, 4:02 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday rejected NBC Universal Inc.'s bid to quickly kill allegations that it stole the idea for a military-themed reality show from a former New York City cop who pitched a similar concept to the network.
