NJ Signs Lottery Privatization Contract As Appeal Looms

Law360, New York (June 21, 2013, 7:12 PM EDT) -- Scientific Games New Jersey LLC on Friday announced the finalization of a 15-year contract to take over operation of the $2.7 billion New Jersey Lottery later this year, amid a pending legal appeal by public lottery workers who fear privatization will cost them their jobs.
