$18M Hartford TCPA Coverage Row Booted To State Court

Law360, Chicago (June 27, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday sent a suit demanding that Hartford Casualty Insurance Co. and Twin City Fire Insurance Co. cover a junk fax class action that settled for $17.8 million back to state court, rejecting the insurers' argument that the Class Action Fairness Act created federal jurisdiction.
