3rd Circ. Won't Revisit EA Publicity Rights Decision

Law360, New York (June 27, 2013, 6:12 PM EDT) -- The Third Circuit on Tuesday decided not to hold an en banc review of a ruling that revived a former quarterback's right of publicity suit against video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc., turning aside EA's argument that the ruling "erodes essential First Amendment protections."
